Viele Menschen meinen, dass das Leben nicht gut genug ist, dass sie "es" besser machen müssen (als beispielsweise ihre Eltern) und verursachen damit Unordnung. Wer "es" besser weiss, wird früher oder später "auf die Welt" kommen. Es entsteht Leiden und Krankheit. Das Leben an sich wird von einer biologischen Grundordnung gesteuert, die alle Lebewesen gleichermassen in die Pflicht nimmt und keine Ausnahmen zulässt. Liebe kennt keine Gnade... Das Familienstellen ist eine praktische Bewusstseinsarbeit, die das kollektive unbewusste mit dem persönlichen Gewissen heilend rückverbindet und damit Verstrickungen entwirrt und heilt. Leben, Liebe und Atem sind synonym.
So wie der Atem als Fluss des Lebens funktioniert, so leben wir unsere Beziehungen im Nehmen, Sein und Geben, in einer zwingenden Reihenfolge. Alles, was zu schwer wiegt, wie die Gesundheit, der Beruf, Beziehungen, usw. kann einer Lösung zugeführt und befreit werden, nur schon dadurch, dass es angemessene Be-Achtung findet.
Der 7-Generationen-Lebensbaum zeigt, woher wir kommen, wenn wir 6 Gernerationen, ca 150 Jahre, zurückschauen. 126 Menschen hat es "gebraucht", dass wir auf die Welt kommen konnten. Und das ist nur die Spitze der Pyramide...
Es gibt verschiedene Aufstellungsarten, die Ausgangslage ist entscheidend.
Die aufstellende Person wählt aus den Teilnehmern intuitiv Stellvertreter für eine bestimmte Situation und stellt sie nach dem inneren Bild auf. Dadurch wird das Energiefeld dieser speziellen Situation erzeugt, die verborgene Dynamik belebt und Verstrickungen kommen ans Licht. Der Leiter gibt nun achtsame Impulse, stellt um und bietet Energiesätze an zum Nachsprechen mit der Absicht, die jedem System innewohnende heilsame Bewegung wieder zu aktivieren, was wir dann als Lösung erfahren.
Übernommenes Schicksal
wird in Respekt und Liebe demjenigen zurückgegeben, dem es gehört. So kann jedes individuelle Schicksal akzeptiert und gewürdigt werden.
Alle Beteiligten werden frei für ihre eigene Kraft und den eigenen Lebensweg. Die gleiche Liebe, die unbewusst Verstrickungen hervorgerufen hat, heilt, wenn sie bewusst wird. Das gemeinsame Erleben dieser Lösungsbilder hat eine tiefberührende Wirkung auf alle und unterstützt so jeden einzelnen in seinem eigenen Wachstumsprozess. Am Ende findet jeder seinen rechtmässigen Platz im System, und das Leben kann gut weitergehen. Alle Workshop-Teilnehmer sind gleichermassen wichtig und gehören automatisch zum „Familiensystem“. In dem Sinne gibt es keine Zuschauer und Aktiven, sondern nur Beteiligte.
Der bekannteste Vertreter des modernen Familien-Systemstellens ist Bert Hellinger.
Organisation
Eine Aufstellung dauert ca. 15-60Min. je nach Komplexität des Systems.
Die aufstellende Person hat die Möglichkeit, die Arbeit zu unterbrechen oder zu beenden. Die Aufststellungsarbeit ist für alle geeignet, die den Mut haben, sich zu sehen und gesehen zu werden. Erwachsene, Paare, Kinder, gesunde wie kranke Menschen erfahren heilsame Bewegung in der Seele und im Aussen. Besonders empfehlenswert für alle Menschen, die mit Menschen in Beruf und Alltag helfend zu tun haben (Ärzte, Therapeuten, Betreuer, Pfleger, Lehrer usw.)
Manchmal ist eine persönliche Erstberatung resp. Aufstellung hilfreich, ebenso eine nachbereitende Sitzung. Bei Unsicherheit bitte nachfragen.

FAMILY-SYSTEM-CONSTELLATION
Many people think that life is not good enough, that they have to do "it" better (than their parents, for example), and in doing so cause disorder. Those who know "it" better will "come into the world" sooner or later. Suffering and illness arise. Life itself is governed by a basic biological order that holds all living beings equally responsible and allows no exceptions. Love knows no mercy... Family constellations are practical consciousness work that heals by reconnecting the collective unconscious with the personal conscience, thereby unravelling and healing entanglements. Life, love and breath are synonymous.
Just as breath functions as the flow of life, we live our relationships in taking, being and giving, in a mandatory order. Everything that weighs too heavily, such as health, work, relationships, etc., can be resolved and freed, simply by receiving appropriate attention.
The 7-generation Tree of Life shows where we come from if we look back 6 generations, around 150 years. It "took" 126 people for us to be able to come into the world. And that's just the tip of the pyramid...
There are different types of constellations, the starting point is crucial.
The person setting up the constellation intuitively chooses representatives from the participants for a specific situation and sets them up according to the inner image. This creates the energy field of this specific situation, brings the hidden dynamics to life and brings entanglements to light. The leader then gives mindful impulses, changes things around and offers energy sentences to repeat with the intention of reactivating the healing movement inherent in every system, which we then experience as a solution.
Any fate that has been taken over is returned with respect and love to the person to whom it belongs. In this way, every individual fate can be accepted and appreciated.
All those involved are freed to pursue their own strength and their own path in life. The same love that unconsciously caused entanglements heals when it becomes conscious. The shared experience of these solution images has a deeply moving effect on everyone and supports each individual in their own growth process. In the end, everyone finds their rightful place in the system and life can go on well. All workshop participants are equally important and automatically belong to the "family system". In this sense, there are no spectators or active participants, only participants.
The best-known representative of modern family system constellation is Bert Hellinger.
Organisation
A constellation takes about 15-60 minutes, depending on the complexity of the system.
The person setting up the constellation has the option of interrupting or ending the work. The constellation work is suitable for everyone who has the courage to see themselves and be seen. Adults, couples, children, healthy and sick people experience healing movement in the soul and outside. Particularly recommended for all people who help people in their job and everyday life (doctors, therapists, carers, nurses, teachers, etc.)
